Bad service

Worst experience ever I've been logged out as I recently changed contacts, so I reached out to them requesting to know what's required in order to amend my details they responded requesting the old and new contact together with the copy of ID that was sent and was given 72 working hours for this to be resolved it's two weeks now and everyday I send emails and been told it's been escalated where I don't know and non of their team bothers to call and advise of the delay

This is so unprofessional and irritating
