App not available before a peak draw. Needs updating

Why is the app OFFLINE before a very large payout ? Its a simple app but it needs improvement : - Allow login cellphone number to be saved - DONT DELETE saved favourite combinations. WHAT is the sense in deleting saved items ? - the app is SLOW. it used to be efficient - allow multiple quickpicks to be generated ONE TIME
