Account verification nightmare

It has been 3 days now trying to verify the account on the application. They asked me for FICA documentation which I supp****. I tried uploading the documents from 3 different platforms and still no joy. I have called the help center numerous times and they keep telling me that I have to try a different device. All the correspondence received from them are system generated. This is utterly frustrating so thank you Ithuba for creating an online way to play yhat can't be used
