I would actually like to give them 0 stars for their poor poor service. Their insurance says unlimited GP visits but when needing see GP you need to go through a painful experience of explaining all your symptoms to a clinician via WhatsApp and then get told that your symptoms does not require a GP but can be managed yourself. How can a WhatsApp chat determine all of that when no one sees or examines you. The worst medical insurance by far.
