To Hello Peter Team, I am lodging a formal complaint against National Debt Review Group (Pty) Ltd and their agent Malieka Jacobs. On 26 June 2026 I signed a debt review application, and on 28 August 2026 I sent a formal written notice of withdrawal/cancellation as per Clause 13 of their agreement to their provided email *** and WhatsApp number ***. It has now been over 5 business days with NO assistance, NO acknowledgement, and NO confirmation that my withdrawal has been processed. I have since discovered that the contact details I was given appear to be the agent's personal Gmail and personal WhatsApp number, not official company contact details. This conduct is unprofessional and causes me financial prejudice as I remain flagged under debt review against my will.
