To Hello Peter Team, I am lodging a formal complaint against National Debt Review Group (Pty) Ltd and their agent Malieka Jacobs
To Hello Peter Team, I am lodging a formal complaint against National Debt Review Group (Pty) Ltd and their agent Malieka Jacobs. On 26 June 2026 I signed a debt review application, and on 28 August 2026 I sent a formal written notice of withdrawal/cancellation as per Clause 13 of their agreement to their provided email *** and WhatsApp number ***. It has now been over 5 business days with NO assistance, NO acknowledgement, and NO confirmation that my withdrawal has been processed. I have since discovered that the contact details I was given appear to be the agent's personal Gmail and personal WhatsApp number, not official company contact details. This conduct is unprofessional and causes me financial prejudice as I remain flagged under debt review against my will.

I've just started with debt review because I felt depression was slowly coming because of debt, Kgotso is very patient and understanding with me explaining the process 20 times because am very sceptical and afraid to be ****med

When he could not reach me on WhatsApp he would make a phone call. Thank you to Kgotso Malohle am already at ease the I will get through my debt and be debt free

On the 1st of June 2026 I've received a call from National debt review group (NCRDC3916) None Malieka Jacobs contact no ***. Email *** They told me that they are from Marquis Finance they want to reduce my monthly Installment because they noticed that I am paying more only to find out it was not Marquis Finance. I tried calling them but they are not taking my calls, when I emailed them they told me that I must pay the cancelation fee after that they don't report me. Can you please help me I want to clear my name because I can afford to pay all my monthly Installments i don't need their help. Marquis Finance they can't debit their money because of them. Please help me
