WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A HEAVEN SENT TURNED TO A NIGHTMARE

I have been under debt review for about 19 months now paying an amount of R2.239.70 on a debt of about R53000 or not more than R56000 on all my creditors including their charges. So I called them this month regarding on how this is going to be finished and to my surprise they said "Next year 2021 in June". I was like what? I even asked the guy if he was aware that if its going to be next year its going to be double the amount I was suppose to pay , he then said to me the only way to finish it is to add more money to what I am paying. I am very surprised because what they said to me in the beginning was they are going to reduce my monthly installments but never said they are also going to double the amount.... I have been getting monthly statements from their agent(Hyphen) that distributes these payments to the creditors and the are not showing improvements but instead they rise or either stay still. I also asked about that and they said I must not worry about it, its only just figure not the correct ones but when asked about the correct ones, I was told stories. I think these guys are robbing me in broad daylight with them knowing that there is nothing that I can or could do about it..... If any good Samaritan could help I would be very delighted because I am the only one who works at home and now this is happening.......
