UNHAPPY!!! BAD SERVICE!!!! CAN SOMEONE RESPOND TO MY ENQUIRY!!!

I was approached and signed. I was told I would pay +/- R3000 after a few days I was told the amount would be +/- R5000. It didn't make sense for me so I opted to cancel, they went ahead and debited the amount, I reversed it.. Now they are not assisting me at all. All accounts are frozen, I can't even make direct payments..

Can someone from this company attend to my query before I loose my car...
