This is for Naisha
Thank you so much to Naisha (might have spelling wrong), who calmly listened and assisted me with an issue I had been repeatedly calling in for. Turns out my cell number on their system was incorrect by one digit, and thus the other lady who also tried to assist could not because of it. So she really ended my frustration on the matter.
