They never paid my accounts

I started with NDC as soon as I got retrenched at the beginning of Covid I was with them for a total of 6 months and they were withdrawing above R5000 from my account every month saying they are paying my creditors but I was shocked to receive a call from my creditors saying that I have missed payments for over 6 month.....it turns out the NDC was not paying when I enquired I was told that the creditors did not accept the structure they had proposed to them and so now they didn't pay. My question then is what happened to my R30 000?? and who can I talk to to get it back because now I am in an even worse position than when I started. if anyone has any kind of information on who I can contact please let me know.
