The worst Ever!!!!!!

I’m highly irate with the type of service I received from this counsellor.

April I have joined them and have never been on debt review before, I was promised by both Deon and Jackie who’s is the manager there that I will be in good hands.

Jackie has made mention that they busy negotiating my monthly fee and I have been sending numerous of emails with no reply to followup what my installment was because in the beginning Deon the very first consulted had calculated my installment incorrectly and I called to followup on what this was and Deon as well as Jackie mentioned on a recorded line I could go and reverse the amount from Hyphen until this had been rectified.

Just yesterday I receive a very disturbing email from Jackie stating:

Hi Raquel,

Kindly note that we have reviewed your file and confirm that we will not be able to proceed with your application.

1)You app**** for Debt Review in April 2019. 2)Payment should have commenced in April, however there were no payments made for April, May, June & July. 3)The fees should have been settled in the first 60 days of the application however due to non payment, if we proceed with the application - payment to your Credit Providers will be delayed. 4)Due to the delay with payments to your Credit Providers your finances will be terminated from Debt Review.

Your best option is for you to contact your Credit Providers and make payment arrangements directly with them.

I trust that you shall find the above in order.

I want them to take full responsibility by paying my debtors for those 3months as well as taking off this debt recover on ITC!!!!!! I hate them, they have made my life a living hell and taken that I have sent emails and no replies which I do have an email trail!!!!!!
