Termination

I have been following up with the National debt counsellors on how to terminate the debt review. Nobody rep**** to my emails. its been a year and half now. i have already made arrangements with credit providers n already settled some of the accounts. I feel trapped because when you sign in they call now n then and send emails. But now that im asking to terminate nobody is bothering to assist. Poor service
