Taking advantage of the poor.

I have a consolidated my debts with NDC and when the lockdown started,I received a call from my consultant asking If I was affected and if I'll be able to pay my monthly installment. I couldn't pay because I was paid by UIF. She requested a letter from work to prove that indeed I'm affected. I sent a letter that clearly stated that I'm going to be affected from April until month end of June. They called again last month asking if I'll be able to pay, I told them to stop the debit order because I won't be able to pay. On the 24 th of this month, I was buzzed 3 times by their business number, I had my phone on my hand and each time i tried to answer, they hung up. I sent and email to my consultant advising her that if they were trying to find out payments, i still won't be able to pay and that they stop the debit order. Anyway my letter stated everything clearly, I don't know why should we confirm this every month. After all the effort that I put in, they still debited my account. I'm stranded, I don't have money to pay rent or to buy food for that matter. They are taking advantage of the poor! My consultant responded to my email and said that there's nothing that she could do because the payment had gone through. She's claiming that she tried to call me but she only buzzed me 3 times on that day.
