Still waiting for my clearance certificate

Please assist am struggling to get my clearance letter from national debt counsellors (ndc) My case is assigned to christina moodley.. I have send all the requested paid up letter to her on email in the 28th of November 2022..on the 05th of December 2022 she submitted my paid up letter to the relavent department to provide me with my clearance letter.. But even today am still waiting.. Have been sending her emails almost everyday but am not winning... Last she told me that she is waiting for the attorney to sign my clearance letter.. But am still waiting.. I mean the attorney can't take such many days just to have my letter signed.. My last conversation on the update was on the 13th December 2022 which she just kept quiet on my email n ddnt reply.. Can u please intervine.. Her number is *** Her email is ***
