STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I am so upset at this company, I have been making follow up with regards to them removing their name under my profile as I have terminated their contract 3 years back, I was informed by Kashnee that a court order date was due 07/8/03/2023 and now when I make follow ups with her I am told that it was postponed to the 17/05/2023, I was mislead by Mathew when taking this product not knowing it will be the worse decision I have ever made. My complaint was then transferred to Ricardo who was no help either.

No one cares about your concerns all they want from you is your money, they don't even explain with regards to the charges that you going to pay every month which amount to a total of +R500, they don't even tell you that for the first 3 month you will be paying admin fees for about +R7000, this company is a total ripe off, I was never sent a contract either only when I started complaining that's when I was forwarded the contract.

I have been paying my debts on my own ever since I cancelled their services and now why is it so hard to remove your company name under my profile?

I will make sure I spread awareness about this company so that people don't fall victim.
