Took up a contract with this company back in 2019 August The consultant who called me his name was Mathew Malawee during the call he failed to disclose all the important information in terms of fees and that for the first 3 months they would be paying my creditors but the money will go to their fee Below are the fees which they did not disclose -Application fee R57.50 -Administration fee R345 -Restructure fee R2653.03

Other fees they did not disclose -Legal Fees R6000 -Hyphen PDA PDA Fees 40.00 -NDC Debt Counsellors (Pty) limited Reckless Lending Fee 1,725.00 -CJ Cogan Attorneys Inc Legal Fees 425.95 -NDC Debt Counsellors (Pty) Ltd 3 Restructure Fees 889.58 Mathew advised that I will sign on the sign ,I though maybe there will be a contract sent to me with all the details we spoke about but no contract was sent stating how much will be deducted and their fees up until I received a call from ABSA advising me that I'm 3 months behind and with arrears ,I told the consultant from ABSA vehicle finance that I'm currently under debit review then he advised me to check with my debt review company as there hasn't been payment that was done . When I call them that's when I got a call from Ricardo Maharaj that's when he explained to me that for the first three months they actually pay the Attorney and their fees mind you I was never told and I remember at some point I asked him to send me all the calls recording as I wanted to send everything to the relevant Ombuds but all he did was to give me run around ,I sent him an email requesting to cancel that's when he started to not respond to my emails so I decided to do my research about this company and how to deal with this problem. I then decided to contact my creditors and told them my situation and to advise them that Ill start doing FET payments all by myself and they agreed .After National debt consullers noticed that I did not make any payment to them a lady named Mbali Khoza emailed me and she advised that they've recognized my cancellation but she first needs to speak to me about certain things well more money that I have to pay before they could actually cancel but before she could any further I did advised her to go back to the statements and check what was deducted for the first 3 months to my surprise she calls me without going through the deductions which were made from my account -Clearly this company doesn't know their job and they take advantage of people's hard earned money, I'm yet to wait for Mbali Khoza to send me what she has on her side so I can file everything and send it to the relevant Ombuds.
