My consultant from NDC updates me monthly and in-between weeks regarding the process and advises me on what can be in order to ensure improvement. I am 5 years down with the process and it’s just my vehicle finance that is on the waiting list to be paid up now, which will be done by the end of this year. My consultant had advised me to settle my smaller accounts so that more funds could be allocated to help pay off my vehicle and speed up the process so that I can finish sooner. At first I was in denial, however I was amazed by the results. I have received all my paid up letters for the accounts that have been paid up over the years. I had defaulted prior to my journey with NDC hence my Edgars and Capfin accounts resulted in being handed over to attorneys but NDC did everything possible to have the accounts added back onto the debt review process or as my consultant would explain to me ‘reinstated’ the accounts. I was very happy with the arrangement that was made between NDC and my creditors including the reduced instalments but what amazed me more was the lower interest rates I was paying after debt review, I was assured that more funds would be allocated to my accounts to help pay them off and not excessive amounts to the interest rate itself. Progress is not just a word when it comes to NDC, it’s an objective they aim to achieve and they most certainly do. I am almost at the finish line for my debt review process and I could not be any happier. Satisfactory results would be an understatement. I am ecstatic!
