Ripoff

I had a profile with NDC back in 2017 if am not mistaken they drafted a payment plan for me to pay of R2200 which I don't even think it was reasonable because I only owed clothing accounts which didn't even amounted R1000..I paid them till I couldn't anymore. Now 2 months back I reached out to them to release my profile to Finsupport for me to get a clearance letter.they told me I need to pay R3500 which I didn't understand why..now I reached out to them to confirm how much is the amount so I can get my profile clean because Finsupport is waiting on the file so I can get my clearance letter now they telling my the amount is R6000 plus R509 admin fees. It's been only 2 months apart from the last letter they sent me via email of R3500 how did we get to R6000 and besides why do I even have to pay For account over 15years. And I paid them for months the installments of R2200

I just received a called from one of the advisors as promised I don't know if it's your retentions team or actuaries or client care but I will be honest all I heard was pay us the money because we already done the job.. ok let's say the job is alrdeay done lawyers and creditors are sorted does this mean if I pay watever amount you invoicing me does that mean I will get my clearance letter so I can be credit Worthy again..the lady rep**** NO.. so make it make sense what job are you referring to that it's done if still when I pay what you claim I owe you? I will still have to pay you another amount to assist me if decide to stay with you since you already have the file..Am waiting for Finsupport to sent me the email that I received from you because at least the person who's helping me that side was Cc on the email. The lady who called me who didn't even mention her name I don't know what financial institution is this which has no QA. We are all regulated by the ombudsman please do the right thing. You expect me to pay for the job you saying it's already done but when I ask will that mean I will get my clearance you tell NO.what am I paying what is the relationship between us besides clearance letter?
