Removed from Debt reviews

and National debt counselors Please assist me here Hellopeter, in 2020 May I registered with Hyphen payment distribution agency unaware that it was one of those Debt reviews company. They deducted monthly on my back account but never payed any of the accounts I owe. Just yesterday I asked my sister to assist me with a query to them, they referred me to National debt counsellors. We did send any email and they want a power of attorney why I don't understand cause I want them to remove the status of under debt reviews cause non of my accounts were payed I want to make the payments myself and clear everything.
