Removal Of Debt Review

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent experience with National Debt Counsellors. I joined your services under the impression that the process would assist me in managing my financial obligations. However, I never actually used or benefited from the debt review process, as I found your proposed payment structure unaffordable and raised my concerns immediately and never paid any premiums. Despite this, my name was still listed under debt review, and now I am being told that I must pay a penalty of R11,000 for a process that never commenced or offered me any service. This is both unreasonable and unjustified. I find it highly ********* and unprofessional that your organisation insists on enforcing such a penalty. I asked their consultant to remove me as a none starter.

I did not proceed with or benefit from any debt review services. I raised affordability concerns at the outset with Craig and still insisted I continue. No payments were made under the debt review process.
