Refuse to grant account transfer

Joined June 2017 , I was promised to be helped , 3yrs later, i realize no instead of help I am losing because close to 35% of the Monthly payment would go towards their service fee which I felt it was just too much and I was never told it would be this much .

Fast forward 2020, I lost my job , and I then informed them of my situation. I then told them I couldn't continue with them . On the other hand, their monthly service fees were just too much .

2021 I then managed to pay off a few of my debts, paying them by myself.

Currently, I am left with 2 debts , and I am currently paying one ,then the other one, I will start paying it soon, but under a new Debt Counselor " Shado " .

But now problem is NDC don't wanna grant me with a Transfer while they said to me they canceled the debt review as I stopped paying but when I ask for a transfer it's an issue them convincing me otherwise that Shado is a bad choice and what different service will they offer me than what they have offered me .

I feel I don't have a freedom of Choice as a client and I am forced to stay with them but they claim they have canceled their services. Question is my give me run around if that's the case.

I just want a transfer so I can be able to arrange and pay off my debts so I can get back my life .

Please help .
