Refunds

Requested for assistance, NDC debited me twice but none of the money went towards my installment, which put me behind and in arrears more, when you call Michelle mistry she's either busy or never available, they promise to call back but never do. They hardly respond to email, I regret the choosing this company, Still waiting for a refund.
