Refund

Requested a refund because I felt that the company was failing me as they were deducting money but none of it was going towards my creditors, they claim to have sent the money to my account about three days ago but still there's nothing from my side,Requested a simple proof of payment but they also giving me a run around with that, Michelle Mistry is never available or even bother calling back. This company is my worst nightmare and a regretful decision and i will never recommend it to anyone.
