Poor service

I've been under debt review for about 3 years now and in the beginning I was met with a very friendly and considerate debt consultant by the name Nancy. Unfortunately all that changed when I was assigned a new consultant by the name of Yorishka Naidoo. .ever since she took over I'm sure she called me 3 times, she doesn't get back to me with answers when I reach out with questions on WhatsApp. . I've questions because I'm nearly reaching an end of my contact but all I'm getting is a cold shoulder. . Im even discouraged to ask her anymore questions because I know I might be ignored or end up not being setisfied with the help. . .if this is how consultants treat people I don't see the need of reffering people I know to even join.
