Pooor service

I have since logged a query over a month ago, i jave received my debt settlement letter however till thus far the status on my profile still shows i am under debt restructuring. The only time you get a response or comprehensive feedback is through this channel. On the 14/03 i was promised that the issue should be finalised due to system issues with NCR. Till today my status is still de same though settlement letter was draughted en sent to the relavant parties. I wanted to refer people but the struggles after finishing the debt review are so not worth it. Extremely poor service

Hi Naledi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Please note that once a clearance process is underway, updates to your profile can sometimes be delayed due to system-related matters involving external parties such as the National Credit Regulator.

That said, we absolutely understand your concern and the importance of having your status updated as soon as possible. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we would like to assist you promptly

Kindly send us a direct message with your details so we can urgently follow up on your matter and provide you with proper feedback and resolution.

Kind regards,
National Debt Counsellors.
