Phelelisiwe debited my whole salary now it's a struggle to pay back my money

This is my second review since my last one done on the 2nd July. It is the 2nd week now since NDC took my whole salary, all I have been getting is promises to pay back my money. I was told the payment should reflect around the 6th or 7th and still today I have not received any payment . I have no money for transport to go to work, I stayed home with my kids the whole week, no electricity and food. I curse the day I was assigned to this Phelelisiwe lady. She has been nothing but a problem. I was promised a call from the response of my last review, till today no one called. To me it reflects as though NDC does not care how this has affected me. My debit orders remain unpaid and I am still on a negative balance in my bank account due to debit orders bouncing. Where am I supposed to get money to recover that? I am already over commited. I am the one who is after this Phelelisiwe lady to ask about feedback on WhatsApp but no one at NDC has called to hear my complaints.
