Payment to Capitec by Hyphen

I have a big problem with national debt Councillors,after 3 weeks they are still struggling to know who took was payed money from Capitec, Capitec said it was national debt counselor and ndc said is not them,I even reversed my debit order because I need to know what is happening first where is the money before I pay them back
