Pathetic service and misleading the consumer

Hi I would like to report NDC, these people are not here to help those who are in debt instead they pray on the desperate, i contacted NDC 2 months back for get help with settling my debt but wow was i surprised to see that they could never get all my creditors on the listing, eventually i told them that i was now fed up and i will not go through them, 2 days later they emailed me a cancellation form and an amount of R2700 payable to them for the work they have done, i can accept the fact that they have done a lot of work but that is the point, The admin is part of their work, my name is listed under debt counseling now and i feel helpless, Please can you help me and i hope NDC doesn't see the next five years. never ever use NDC because you will regret it.
