NOT HAPPY WITH ND Counsellors
I have been a client since October 2018 and now with the pandemic I decided to notify them that because of the World Pandemic and that South Africa is on lockdown my salary will not be the same and would like to know what I can do to have my instalment reviewed. I get a response stating that the my credit provider are expecting payment as per normal. I respond obviously been knugged abit by this reply and said the banks are giving their clients some form of relief is there anything that I can do. I was told that I can ask my company to send a letter on my behalf or I can write a letter with my signature why I will be missing my payment this month and sent it via the what's app line. Which I did because I really need the extra help and I get thanked for the letter and was told my consultant will get back to me. this being the 16 April 2020. Today is the 22 April 2020 and I have asked 17, 21, 22 April 2020 about who is contacting me and I have asked also on numerous occasions for my call to be escalated but no one has made contact at all. No sms, what's app, email or phone call not even just to say that my letter has been passed on by the chat to my consultant. And for the past few months have been having issues and have asked for true statements form my creditors and only received 2 or 3 I think and I sent an sms that I received from 1 of my creditors about non payment and screen shotted and sent it to my consultant and till today I have had no response. I am very unhappy with NDC at the moment and feel like I no longer want to be a client of theirs. I mean I am not getting this for free, there is definitely a portion of the money that goes to them for fees, lawyers and aftercare fees but who am I.
