Non-Existent appalling service

Worst service ever. To date I am still waiting for a clearance letter. A month in and no letter given. I called on Saturday and I was told they waiting for paid up letters. I sent all the paid up letters so I don’t follow. Please can this be sorted asap. I’ve been emailing since last week and I don’t get a response via email. When I call I get told stories. Quick to sign us up for debt review. Slow to give us proper service. Your service is appalling.
