Negligence of administration of the account

This is an absolutely terrible debt review company. If your goal is to stay trapped in debt indefinitely, then National Debt Counsellors is the perfect choice. They have zero concern for actually helping you become debt-free — all they care about is extracting monthly payments from you.

The administrators or should i say management handling accounts are on another level, and any expectation that management would step in and act professionally is clearly misplaced. The level of neglect is shocking. At this point, I seriously question whether anyone at this company is capable of managing an account properly — perhaps only an executive could ensure it receives the attention it should have had from the start.
