Need help

These people they promised to reduce my installment by 50%,only to find that I am paying more than what I was paying before. They promised to negotiate with banks. I payed them 3 months without paying my loans, FNB was calling to send a person to evaluate the house because the money was not coming to them. Before joining this debt review I was paying R8300 for my loans, now I'm paying R8545 for the same loans
