NDC took my whole salary and left me with nothing to provide for my family.

I am writing this review with a painful heart😔 as a client was treated unfairly by the NDC. My debt counselor Phelelisiwe has been nothing but a problem she I was transferred to from being serviced by ****ha who did a perfect job. Phelelisiwe took my whole salary after agreeing to debit R16000 but instead I had R25700 debited which is my whole salary received for the month. I was left with nothing and other debit orders bounced due to insufficient funds and my account as I speak is on a negative balance. I requested that they pay the difference from 31st July 2025 and till today I have received nothing. I don't have any cent to provide for my family, no transport money to go to work and also take my kids to school. NDC doesn't care how I survive and the incompetence displayed by Phelelisiwe is unmatched. She did the same thing last month and luckily my salary for that month was not amounting to R25700 and the debit bounced. I had to deposit and send her proof of payment for the agreed amount. Also the money is not reversible from the bank. As I speak I don't know how I will get to work tomorrow. We have no food and no money to even buy bread. I curse the day I joined this NDC and hoping to cut my ties with you guys. Your service is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I want my money. I will also write a complain to the Ombudsman, i have proof of the communication. I have been complying to the agreement and makes sure I don't default. Even when I was not working I made sure I paid what was due but today I am left with nothing.
