NDC poor service and are will to deregister me on debt review.

I was registered with national debt councilors on debt review and agreed that if i paid all other debts except my mortgage i will be removed from debt review all. I paid all my debt except my mortgage they are playing cat and mouse on removing me on debt review. They have poor service and even when you meet your financial goals. Spoke to Nasreen Dolphin(Customer Relations Manager)she has not given me an update.
