NDC it's a ****

I don't know if this people are a **** or what I a client of theirs and they said I must get all of prescription letters from my creditors of which I did and signed a power of attorney form for them to request all the so called outstanding letters, but to my surprise they informed me that I have two loan accounts with one bank of which I don't have (can't say the name of the bank) and again with one retail store, so then I contacted both the bank and retail store both of them say I had one account with them, I have sent all the prescription letters to my consultant Christina and proof of payment since last year October and still to date I am still been told of the so called accounts that don't exist worse part is if I request my file so I can seek help somewhere they don't want with my file I have even spoken to a senior consultant saleen and gave empty promises
