NDC is very cruel.

I have app**** for debt review with NDC in 2020. Now I app**** for transfer to another company and gave them my reasons. They made me pay the penalty fees for terminating the contract. Which is understandable.

I have paid the penalty fees and sent them the proof of payment. The problem is they keep declining the transfer to the new company even though they have confirmed my termination. Now I’m stuck because the other company can’t do anything without the transfer letter.
