NDC Giving me the Run Around

I have been under debt review since March 2020 and i have never missed a payment. I have even agreed to increase the montly amount as they have requested. I have recently requested a summary amount of my dept so that i can pay everything off at once but i have been given the run around the whole time. I have spoken to Jackie and requested this information for a month now and i have not received what i have asked for. Every time i phone her then she says that it will be done but it does not happen. I have even spoken to a supervisor at NDC and i was promised i would receive this information within 10 working days.. I have only received some amounts. Even when i have asked for one final settlement amount. Can you please assist me? I am beginning to think that they are doing this on purpose so that they can make more money off me. I would just like to get my life back again and they are not helping me. I would never have used them if i knew that this was how they operated.
