NDC can't be trusted.

I am appauled by the way they conduct business, they assured me that if the documents are not signed on time that they would cancel the mandates on my bank account for a debit order, now they are refusing to do what they said to me. They are demanding half the amount yet I was assured they would be able to cancel. I could not stop the debt order for my debt Review on time, I explained to them that I live far from transport to scan the documents to them, after speaking with admin last week she said that if it was not in by Friday or Monda it would be late to to put on a stop order for the debt Review company. Yet she still sent the mandates without saying they would still demand half payment if I couldn't manage to get it done. My consultant Chad assured me that we could stop NDC mandate on the debit order on my account prior so that I would not be paying the debt Review company and NDC. I called in yesterday to speak to admin I was told she will call back as she was on a call, she did not call me back yesterday and I had explained everything to the person who answered. Today I asked Chad the consultant to have them call me as I called a couple of times this morning with no one answering, he had her call me, the lady was Sinazo from Admin and she was so rude when I explained my situation told me I would have pay half what was agreed upon I explained to her I was never told this not by admin nor the consultant. I said her that we could start on the 1st of October where there would be enough time to sort this she was rude and unprofessional. She didn't even hear my side just said I had enough time, the day I was sent the documents was so that I could look through them with no pressure. I am gutted as they have added so much stress on me and I have come out of a stroke, I explained I don't work and I receive help to pay this from my mom. I have asked for a manager's number and still have received it. I am so disappointed in this company NDC and the way they do business. Demanding half the money when I initially just wanted to change the month and haven't even signed documents but stupidly accepted their bank mandate has given them room to move so *********ly. I no longer have a desire to do any business with this company. They are trying to strong arm me into paying them money just because I haven't signed their documents but stupidly accepted their mandate which they need to remove. I am so gutted at this behaviour
