National Debt Counsellors Ruined Me

Hi

I am one of the people that lacked financial literacy and eventually found myself over indebted okay sure I then drew up a plan to get out of the mess..i was then referred to NDC who were suppose to assist me okay sure they restructured my debts and all that but I wasn't going to stay with such for long as I had my plan...upon my agreement that i join NDC my car was attached to the plan and the counsellor at that time assured me that when I am done with all my small accounts I will be cleared off and have my financial record cleared again...i worked so hard to pay off those debts it's been 2 years since I paid off my debts...i practically only pay my car account and I haven't been cleared off this is so frustrating as now I am told about lawyers and courts whereas initially i was assured that I will be cleared...i cant afford to stay under review when I have cleared my name and my credit score is great but I cant access credit due to this mess created by NDC.....I am really frustrated I need assistance regarding this matter cause I have engaged NDC several time regarding this matter but they careless they always give me the run around without any assistance non whatsoever
