I've never asked for funeral cover to be added unto my premium, yet they did. I've asked for the recording where I confirm to accepting the cover, they've told me they don't disperse it to customers!

I'm at my wits' end getting a response from them.

I've settled the account, nobody is willing to help me remove this judgment from my name so that I can move on.
