National Debt Councillor termination of services

I called National Debt Councillors yesterday for conciliation of my services and they said the consultant will call me since then no one called me, I feel that when you need their services the are quick to assist, but when you want to terminate is opposite. Please assist me to get their conciliation consultant to call me.
