National Credit Regulators- Debt Review companies ***** your money

This company took my money every month and did not follow the proper legal procedure they were supposed to. My assets are now in arrears and they refuse to pay me my legal fees since they have not made my court order. I was with this company for a year and they did not help me or even mention that they need an affidavit, now they say that the court proceedings did not take place because I did not comply
