More in debt

I have been retrenched last year and started with NDC in 2019. I asked the insurer to kick in as I was not working. in fact they only paid R100 - R150 a month for my debts.. African Bank.... I am in arears due to them not telling their clients that African bank was not covered with the insurer. the insurer told me that they never covered African bank and that my NDC Counselor told me its only recently.. now i have to pay all my arears in before i can go through with ndc.... what is the use of having you guys, taking our money. I must pay R665.00 to get my certificate after so called 5 years and/ or to proceed with you. i had my help and thank you for your help, but now i am in worst debt due to you. So for the guys out there using NDC.... PASSOP
