Incredible Business, Even Better People!

I just wish to express my gratitude towards NDC and my Customer Relationship Manager, Michelle Mistry.

I was over-indebted due to extremely poor advice and a loan exceeding my affordability rate from Capitec Bank. NDC assisted me with debt restructuring and since day 1, they have truly fought for me as a customer to get the best possible agreement from my creditors and in this entire process they ensured that I could settle all my debts at a reduced rate, PLUS, an entire year earlier than my initial loan period through the creditor.

Every time I had a query, I was greeted with incredible service and the best guidance & advice. They have also represented me well when engaging with the creditors on my behalf.

I am grateful for the exposure to build such a great relationship - which is rare in the customer service industry these days. I am sad to leave it behind, but incredibly happy to debt free!

What I have taken away from this experience is to rather get a second, third, fourth opinion when it comes to credit, and it is always better to query every little term and condition on the fine print until you fully understand what the term means. Creditors don't care about your wellbeing at the end of the day, make sure to find a business or advisor that will look after you and your financial affairs with the commitment and passion that NDC has shown me.
