I need solution about a bad service from national debts counsellors

I had so many debts then I saw NDC on television then I app**** for help 2016...then they responded so 2017 November I was told I'm left with about 700 to pay then I played it...after I was waiting for clearance letter from them and I was the one who had to follow them around to ask how long must I wait cause I was not told....so their response was the person whose in charge of my account is on leave that was December 2017 ...January I called again then its hard to find her ...I'm told to live my numbers she will call me again then she doesn't get back to me....I wrote a complaint to them then they responded that they sent an email to all the accounts I was owing they still waiting for response... February I get an SMS they want to debit on my account again....then I called she responded as I'm still owing capitec money...I was so surprised cause she told me I'm done paying....I asked her how is it possible cause even my statements were saying I'm done paying....she saysi must go to capitec and about the payment's balances and pay straight to capitec then send her proof of payment....last month I went to capitec... The capitec teller told me I cannot pay through them cause they are the one's whose suppose to manage my account...and I was told this errors are growing every month and they even send me message that I must pay from capitec or they will take legal actions against me....when I call her they tell me same story she's busy will call me back and she doesn't.... And the person is Natashia....I don't know how will I solve this issue...
