Hostage negotiation

TBH. I have to write here because I haven't heard from your company in 2 weeks regarding the complaint I logged. I am still waiting for the complaint response or feedback nothing from this company. Being held hostage is an understatement I've paid my creditors and gotten the paid up letters myself. I want the flag gone as agreed the longer you take the more held up my life is. You are playing with people lives.its been a long 2 and half years.
