Extremely Disappointed – Worst Decision Ever😡😡😡😡

I transferred my file to NDC thinking they would handle my debt review and accounts properly. That was the worst decision I ever made. Since they took over, my Vehicle Asset Finance (VAF) account hasn’t been paid according to the agreement, and now my account is in arrears. I’m getting harassing calls from tracers to surrender my car!

Every time I contact NDC, all I get is: “We will call you back” or “Our legal team is handling it” — but I never get feedback. Nothing gets resolved.

I was previously under debt review with another company and had a smooth experience. I only moved to NDC because someone referred me, and I now deeply regret it.

I’ve even escalated this to the manager, but there’s still no solution — just more excuses.

I would not recommend NDC to anyone. If you're considering them, please think twice. They have caused me nothing but stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights.
