Extremely Disappointed Client
I am very disappointed with the service i get from NDC. The journey was so smooth while they were still deducting my money. Now that i paid off all my debt i am neglected. Its been couple of weeks since i have send my paid up letters but still not yet received my clearance certificate. When i follow up with my advisor all i am getting is they are still busy with my file. I don't know how long must longer must i wait for my clearance certificate to be issued and my name to be unflagged.I am so frustrated

We understand your frustrations; however, please note we have sent multiple follow-ups to Capitec to provide our offices with the updated balances/paid-up letters.
Please do understand we do not have control of the turnaround time of Capitec.

I am highly disappointed with the service I am receiving from National Debt Counsellors (NDC). Despite submitting all the necessary paid-up letters from Capitec, Absa, Truworths, and Foschini, NDC is failing to take accountability and instead is dishonestly blaming Capitec for delays.
Their recent response is misleading, as I have already provided all required documents, including those from Capitec. I expected a smooth and professional process once my debts were settled, but instead, I am faced with poor communication and a lack of transparency.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for individuals trying to restore their financial standing in good faith. I am requesting that NDC take full responsibility, issue my clearance certificate without further delay, and stop shifting blame to third parties who have already fulfilled their obligations.
I hope this matter is resolved urgently.
