Dissatisfied and frustrated

I embarked on a journey to restore my credit life and signed up with NDC as partner to walk with me through this journey. I managed to settle all my debt before the agreed period but clearing my name is now a big challenge. I have been trying to get this sorted but nobody seems to be able to assist as the lady who helped me no longer works for the company. I can’t believe the life of a business would revolve around one individual, Very disappointed with this service
