Debt review process

We app**** for debt review January 2020. My wife lost her job in May 2020. NDC canceled our debt review in October 2020. We have been paying every month basically and we just got an email stating everything is cancelled.

The one thing that striked me is that the debt was not made official after a certain stipulated period as per the policies this country and after emailing the agent "Daffney" she is not responding to my emails to help remove our names and get a possible refund as per the policies.
